When you place an order for a new Membership Management System we do a myriad of work to be sure we deliver the best system and website possible for your community.
New Customer Training
Once we are done configuring your new community-wide website and management system, you will be introduced to our training staff. They will show you around your new platform and show you how easy it is to manage so much from a single dashboard.
Daily Support and Access
Our support does not end once you are live and fully onboard, we remain to assist you every day. We offer a support ticketing system that you can quickly access from inside your membership management system dashboard.

Weekly Classes for Staff
Chambers have staff and volunteer turnover, this can put stress on those left to manage the Chamber. To help we offer weekly "live" classes for you and your staff that cover website management, membership billing, communication system, and event planning and registration. These classes are always FREE and are hosted by our director of support.
